Targeted Case Management

Targeted Case Management (a MaineCare-only service) is available to families in Washington County with a child (under age 21) with a diagnosis of Mental Retardation or Autistic Disorder (includes Hancock County). Families may self-refer for this service by calling our office at 255-3426 or faxing a referral form to us at 255-3661.
